Day 11-
TGIF. After a rough week, I was feeling a little run down and definitely a lot homesick. I had heard about an Indian restaurant in Plattsburgh, which is about an hour away, that I hoped would be more promising than the ones here in Burlington. A dear friend, Katie, came along with me and we set off on our Friday adventure. After some corporate errands we can’t run in Burlington (Target and Panera), we sat down for a meal of Indian food.
The food? Let’s just say that if I go back to Plattsburgh, I’ll be quite content to eat at Panera. But it looked pretty! And, at the end of the day, the trip was a lot of fun and full of great conversation…and some new clarity on my job search. Thanks for the company, Katie!
